ME20 covers Aylesford, Larkfield, Ditton and Eccles, a run of villages and housing estates along the Medway north-west of Maidstone. We install doorbells, cameras and Wi-Fi support across the area, mostly on 1960s to modern estates with a core of older cottages around Aylesford itself.
Aylesford village
Aylesford has a medieval stone bridge over the Medway, The Friars (Aylesford Priory) just along the river, and a high street of older cottages and houses. Fixing into old brick, tile hanging and ragstone needs sensible fixings and a light hand.

Larkfield, Ditton and Eccles
These are mostly estate-built suburbs from the second half of the twentieth century onwards, with semis, terraces and cul-de-sacs, and some small commercial units close to the A20 and the road network. Eccles sits on the river side, below the Downs.
A wired doorbell is common here because the old bell wiring is still in place. Where we find an unsuitable supply, we replace it ourselves as qualified electricians. Small businesses on the commercial estates are best served by a wired PoE system with remote viewing.
Beyond ME20
The standard round ends near Kings Hill and the West Malling side of the river. We will take work a little beyond on request. Travel time shows in the quote, which is the only difference.
