Door, window and motion sensors send an alert to your phone the moment something opens or moves. We choose the right places for them, tune the notifications so they stay useful, and can connect you to an accredited monitoring partner if you want someone watching around the clock.

Pricing
Fixed price confirmed after a £49 survey, credited against the job, or from clear photos for straightforward work. Bands reflect access, property type and how much set-up is involved.

Flats, terraces and period houses
Sensors are a neat fit for converted flats and Victorian terraces where a visible bell box is not wanted. They can be installed without chasing walls and move with you if you relocate.
We are straightforward about limits: a full alarm with guard response as the main system is a specialist alarm company's job. We install smart sensors and link them to a monitoring partner, and we tell you plainly where that stops.

Is this a burglar alarm?
It is a smart sensor system that alerts you. Monitoring by a human is available through an accredited partner. We do not run the monitoring ourselves.
Do sensors work without internet?
Most need a connection to alert your phone, though some keep working locally. We explain what happens in an outage when we choose the equipment.
