Holiday-let security that respects the guests.
For a holiday let or short-stay property we monitor the outside only: entrances, drive and garden boundary. Nothing is pointed into rooms guests use. We add clear signage, changeover alerts for you or your cleaners, and remote access, so you can check the property without being there.

Pricing

Short stays close to the Downs and the castles
With Leeds Castle, the Kent Downs and the Medway valley on the doorstep, the area gets steady short-let demand. Rural lets often sit down a lane with no street lighting, so a camera and a motion light at the entrance solve most of the owner's worries.
Guest privacy is not optional. We place nothing inside rooms, say so on the listing if you wish, and keep recording limited to the outside of the building.

Questions
Can I put a camera inside a holiday let?
We do not, and we advise against it. Cameras in sleeping areas or bathrooms are unlawful to hide and objectionable to guests. Outside only is our standard.
Do I have to tell guests about exterior cameras?
ICO guidance expects clear signage where cameras capture areas beyond your own property, and it is good practice to mention outside cameras in the listing.
